Dr. Gomer is board-certified in internal medicine and is the founder of Virtue Primary Care. His training includes internal medicine and obesity medicine, and he serves on the faculty of Temecula Valley Hospital’s internal medicine program, supervising physicians in training.

His doctoral work in philosophy focused on virtue: moral and intellectual excellence. In medical-legal work, that background informs his emphasis on well-supported arguments, transparent reasoning, and an independent perspective.

His medical-legal services include AME, QME, SIBTF, IME, personal injury, and medical-malpractice inquiries within his specialty scope.
